Dr. Viktoria Goldenberg, O.D. M.D.
Dr. Viktoria Goldenberg received her medical degree from First Medical Institution in Tashkent, Uzbekistan where she centered her studies on general and surgical eye care and worked as an ophthalmologist for five years. Following her immigration to the US, she enrolled and later graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 2004 with a focus in contact lenses and ocular diseases.
Today, Dr. Viktoria Goldenberg owns West Hills Optometry and is guided by her mission to offer top-notch clinical care at affordable pricings. In her free time, Dr. Goldenberg likes to hike in California and explore the world.

Dr. Ashkan Niktabe, O.D
Dr. Ashkan Niktabe graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree of science in Biology. He then obtained his Optometry doctorate degree from University of Houston, College of Optometry. Dr. Niktabe completed extensive training on management of ocular diseases, dry eye disease, and specialty contact lens fittings including scleral contact lenses, custom soft contact lenses, and gas permeable lenses for keratoconus, presbyopia, high refractive error, dry eye, etc.
Outside of the office, Dr. Niktabe has also volunteered in numerous underprivileged communities to provide eye care. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, playing soccer, food, and spending time with family and friends.
